Lebanon A Lebanon man was arrested late Sunday night for having a handgun with an altered serial number after a city police officer heard a gunshot. The patrolman was parked in the 400 block of North 10th Street about 11:30 p.m. when he heard what he believed to be a single gunshot in the area of the 900 block of Church Street, police said.
