So the home inspector missed the improper installation of the hot water tank. They somehow connected it to the fireplace! I'm no expert but that's a pretty major mistake.
This crazy mistake could cause deadly gases to leak into this couple's house!
Oh AND an improper dryer exhaust, plus a half-converted wood to gas fireplace.
Mike's finding so many problems here beyond the fireplace. Anyone else have any home inspection horror stories?

Yeah, it's interesting that Damon kind of takes over once Mike does his inspection.
Damon's ripped the shelves all around the fireplaces right out but the homeowners get brand-new built-ins so that's a bonus.
Incorrect connection of the venting for exhaust gases is pretty serious - and potentially deadly. This is actually scary stuff.
I'm not familiar with Frank. Was kinda hoping to see Uncle Billy!
