It seems necessary to get the legal proceedings going, but the man hasn't been laid to rest. Certainly there is a delay with the second autopsy

Michael Jackson's parents say they didn't know about the existence of a will
64h.com , but was I the only one that saw the family's long time attorney Brian Oxman making the rounds last week stating that there was a will. Something seems odd.

Bit strange that the attorneys for Dr. Conrad Murray are all over the media to make sure the message is loud and clear that their client was not a live in doctor
64h.com . Why is this such a big deal to them? They were as adamant about that as they were in their clamim that their client did not prescribe Demerol to Michael Jackson. I wonder if it has to do with liability if he was a live in doc?
