Stuck for something to do? You might want to take a look at
last year's keynote or John Gruber's
predictions for what we'll see at this event.
If you want to automatically download a high quality video recording of the keynote when released, Apple's
Keynote Podcast is definitely worth subscribing to.
I always feel sorry for any other developers announcing new products/applications today. They get completely overshadowed (but should know better...)
If you're one of our readers who's convinced that Jobs will be presenting today, get on the phone and buy some AAPL stock. It'll rocket if he shows up.
The Apple Blog have some

MacWorld have an
interesting article on what we know (and what we're hoping) about Snow Leopard.
Seems like the line is very long at Moscone, but media are starting to be let into the venue.
Around 1 hour 15 minutes to go. The banners are certainly heralding the speed improvements in Snow Leopard...
As you'd expect, the
Apple Store is down. New products on their way..!
We'll be giving away a free copy of Espresso at some point during the keynote. Details to follow soon :-)
Here's a shot of the new QuickTime logo...
Not sure what the significance of the iCal date could be... Maybe a subtle hint that Snow Leopard is coming on the 19th June? That would be earlier than widely expected.
To those asking, I wouldn't expect Snow Leopard to be a free upgrade (though I could be wrong). I'm confident that the price will be announced during the keynote.
Those are some orange t-shirts!
Several people have asked whether iPhone OS 3.0 will be released at exactly 10am. That's unlikely, though I expect it will be available a few hours after the end of the keynote.
The keynote is likely to last between 60 and 90 minutes, going on past events!
They're starting to let press in now, and the presentation will be kicking off in just under 20 minutes.
Ten minutes to go and counting.
Just under 500 of you have tuned in so far. Thanks for reading AppStorm, and I hope you'll enjoy our coverage!
People have been asked to silence their phones... Just a few minutes to go till they get started.
