In total, we gained 22 seats in our victory in Lancashire - 21 from Labour, 1 from the Lib Dems.

Linda Arkley, our candidate in North Tyneside, polled 27,083 votes - nearly 4,500 votes more than her opponent, the incumbent mayor

Lib Dem candidates have defeated the Conservative leader in Cumbria and the Labour leader in Nottinghamshire.
The Greens have highest vote across all of of Norwich for the first time, nearly 12000 votes (32.6%), 5 cllrs gained, 2 cllrs re-elected.
Lancashire CC - Sam Riches elected in Lancaster East, Chris Coates re-elected in Lancaster Central.
In the by-election in Lancaster City, Melanie Forrest re-elected with 53.5% of the vote.
