So there we are, the first batch of warm-up games completed, with wins for Pakistan, Bangladesh, New Zealand and Zimbabwe. The game between the West Indies and Afghanistan doesn't go ahead because of travel problems for the Afghans and tomorrow we have Sri Lanka v South Africa, Bangladesh v England, Ireland v Afghanistan (TBC) and West Indies v New Zealand. Do join us then!
Welcome back to the Cricket World live blog - hopefully as much excitement today as there was yesterday. We understand that Brett Lee will not be playing in the ICC World Twenty20 after suffering an arm injury yesterday - any ideas who should be his replacement?
One other game that is going on is Sind v Punjab in the RBS Pentangular One-Day Cup - it's a dead rubber as Sind will play Baluchistan in the final tomorrow no matter what, but after bowling Punjbab out for 199, Sind are ten without loss in reply. Coverage here:
